Sand sculpture festival Until Oct

Visitors and residents in the Algarve can once again be amazed at the Fiesa International Sand Sculpture Festival, which will open this weekend in Pêra.
Each year, sculptores from around the world create an fantasy world out for sand. The site also includes a bar for refreshments as well as arts and crafts stalls and live entertainment. Why not visit the sculptures at night with live music and colourful lighting?

Open daily from May 22 until October 22, 2010 from 10am until midnight (closes 9pm from September 22)
