Land Registry Office Costs to be reduced By 50%... 

50% reduction on the Land Registry Office.

The costs of the bureaucracy are going to reduced by 50%, and all real estate transactions will have from now on a fixed cost, starting on Monday the 21st of July. These new regulations were approved by the Dec. Lei nº116/2008, approved on the 4th of July and have been applied.

This system allows buyers to known from the beginning how much will be total cost to register the property.
